Budget choice downtown.
This hotel has a central location and street parking out front. A security guard said he watches the cars all night; he was pleasant and helpful. Other staff were ambivalant about the guests.
I was quite annoyed as they did not charge my credit card in pesos at the contracted rate; rather they added a 6.5% exchange cost and charged in dollars. My credit card has zero percent exchange cost, so this added to the bill. I did not approve such a thing and it wasn't mentioned to me. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I return.

Good value for money.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Definitely good value for money.
Bathroom wasn’t super clean. Everything’s a bit worn out.
