Good hotel, but in the wrong location.
Everything was perfect in the hotel, but we did not feel safe in Valparaíso. The location of the hotel is not in a good neighboorhoud and walking on the beach is impossible there, because you cannot get on the beach (which is 100 meters from the hotel). People drive very fast and an accident happened under our hotel. It did not surprise us. We found it a dangerous environment. We had dinner in the hotel, because we were afraid to go out. All buildings have grafgity and the city has a smell of dirt and urine. During our afternoon walk we hadn't seen one decent restaurant. The restaurant in the hotel was ok. Nice waiter and good food. The day after we went to Viña del Mar. A much better place. Cleaner and safer. I can reccommend the hotel, but if you want to go out in the evening, don't go there.

Great location and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the dinner we had was also very nice. Very good value for money. It was ideal for our needs.
It was a little shaby from the outside but that didn't matter. No real complaints.
