The room was spacious and clean and the reception staff friendly and patient. Bear in mind that there are tennis courts but you need to bring your own equipment - its not possible to borrow tennis rackets.
Our preordered dinner was cold and smushy, the cocktails undrinkable. Also: Even though we ecplicitly declined ordering 4 bottles of water, it was brought to our room anyway and charged to our bill and we had to pay it in the end. The wine bought at the hotel was already opened and spoiled, leading to a night of stomach pain and nausea (at least we could return the bottle without being charged the price of 70.000 COP). We got rashes on our skin - probably from the pool water. Several amenities that were listed on booking. com were not included in the room (e.g. coffee maker, bath robes. ..).
