Very Good
Big windows, high ceiling, good gym, nice views.
Check-in always takes way too long, there's almost always a queue. Whole thing could be sped up 10x.

overall, i'm satisfied with the stay but if not because of the aircon, it would be a perfect stay.
overall the room is spacious and able to have a good open view from the room. since it is next to a community mall, food is very convenient. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. the hotel front is a bus stop and next to it is a light rail station, very convenient.
the aircon does not work after a day i stayed. have to change to another room. but i noticed the new room that the hotel changed for me having the same issue after a day. the ERR 5 code was there when i checked out.

Explore Tin Shui Wai.
It was relatively new and the room was clean and spacious. Good value for the price.
Minimal amenities within and around the hotel . However you can take the light rail to other places. Few f&b & entertainment options.

Convenient access to restaurants & shops.
Sound proof was awful. I could hear next door conversation over the night. Bed is small with very bad mattress. No USB plug for charging use while hotel doesnt provide universal plug which is commonly available in other hotels.
