Nice base for short stay in Tejeda but not in Winter due to heating.
Attractive, clean Apartment on a residential street within 15 min. walk of the centre. Most facilities for a short stay in Tejeda. Kitchen, Bathroom, hot water, tv,wifi, washing machine etc.
The major problem was heating! !! In the mountains in December it is very cold and the only source of heating in the Apartment was an old fashioned paraffin heater on wheels. This had to be rolled from room to room as there was no other heating. However this Heater did not work well! !! When it did work it took ages to ignite the burner leaving me with gas inhalation making me sick and sore fingers from constant pressing button to ignite. Sometimes I gave up and went to bed early under as many blankets as possible! !! Owners never appeared and was sent videos to show how to collect keys. I was sent emails telling me that certain lights had been left on when I was out. I found this disturbing as if I was being watched by people! This is not a good feeling for a guest in a foreign village! !! Overpriced due to poor heating.
