A decent hotel near the Disney parks.
Family room is large and comfortable, location is good only 10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 minutes from Orlando Airport. The Pizza shop inside the hotel was a great option for dining after a exhausting day at Disney parks.
Breakfast is a bit basic and over crowded.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
It is a very good hotel. They good add bell desk or concierge service. Help with luggage would be appreciated.

The rooms facing the street were loud. I could hear busses, trucks and every car with an after market exhaust.

Superb
Staff was very pleasant especially in the breakfast area. Cleanliness was taken care of promptly. Amazing location, we used the stores in the plaza across the road quite a bit. Shuttle drivers were very polite.
One elevator was non-functional for multiple days which caused delays. Shuttle service to parks could be more frequent. Marketplace area on main floor would be better with a human cashier and more choices.
