Location was perfect, pool was also nice.
When we arrived the room was not completely clean, we needed to ask them to change towels. At the reception the staff was not too friendly and supportive. We have been informed at the check in that there is an issue with warm water, so we mostly had cold water for showering. we assumed that this issue is there for a longer time, so it should be fixed as soon as possible.

The kind of place you hate to leave.
Located in a nice, fairly quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, this hotel has a lot of little touches that enhance guests' comfort, including a ramp up to the door; a remarkably quick elevator; a big breakfast area; even a (small) swimming pool and sauna. Everything is modern and functional, including the AC. The breakfast was good and abundant. And all for a very reasonable price.
Shortly after reserving, the hotel notified us that due to a gas outage in the vicinity, there would be no hot water. Since the weather was warm it hardly mattered, and we appreciated the notification.

The lovely atmosphere at the pool.
During the breakfast, there were some temporarily construction workers in the hotel and therefore it was not enjoyable.
