Good family option for a stay in Mexico City. Pool is clean and ok.
Location, very well situated for everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to Centro Historico and Almeda Central areas. Generally short Uber rides to Roma and modern art and anthropology museums Safe location. Good dining options onsite.
Not many close safe external dining options. Our room had a sewer problem in the bathroom which was very smelly but still clean and safe. It took two days to clear up.

Comfortable & Relaxing.
Customer service from staff was exceptional. Hotel has good facilities including a pool.
A little pricey for CDMX. The location is a little uninspiring.

Excellent Hotel.
Extraordinary hotel. I requested an upgrade to a room without carpet: very spacious, very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast, very helpful, competent, polite and efficient staff. Highly recommendable.
