Good stay near the train station.
Good beds and very good breakfast.
We could have got some money back for the room we didn't use - that I cancelled four days before arrival.

Location was excellent. There is a public parking near to the hotel. The hotel is located in the center of the old city. Breakfast was nice.
We reserved room for 4 people, but the room we stayed was with one double bed, one walking bed and a pull-out sofa, nothing common with the pictures in booking. The pull-out sofa was broken and after we asked on reception desk to fix it - nothing happen, we couldn`t use it.

Dark small single room but good breakfast.
The breakfast was amazing. Great variety of food to choose from and the placement in the conservatory was spectacular. The room was clean with a modern bathroom.
To my greatest disappointment the room was totally different from that depicted on the pictures on booking. com. It was way smaller and very dark with it's window facing a wall a meter away. This is exploitation of the trust of guests. Other hotels can upload photos that correspond to the room they are providing. I told this to the receptionist and all she had to say that she's sorry, but this is not her responsibilty. Very unprofessional all in all. Compare the screenshots with my photo to see what I mean.
