Excellent value.
Very clean, large apartment, large parking, induction stove placed in a separate outside area so that the rooms don't smell when you cook, the kitchen is nicely equipped, broom for cleaning is provided, small kitchen towel is provided, clothes drying rack is provided, the drains were clean and did not get clogged for the whole of our stay there. There is a camera at the entrance. There is a bus station right outside the building. Both nessebar beach and sunny beach are 15min away by walking.
The bathroom needs a little maintenance. It's a bit far from the old town if you want to walk (25-30min by foot).

Perfect!
A nice big apartment, comfortable and clean, with well equipped kitchen, balcony, washing machine etc. It was great value for us and while not in town, a short 20 min walk to sunny or nessebar beaches. There is also a bus stop just outside. Highly recommend to anyone for a comfortable place to spend long or short term.

A very quiet, peaceful place with comfortable conditions.
The apartment and equipment as described. The hosts very nice. Kitchen equipment very good, although I do not know if it worked because I did not use it. Everything's all right. I recommend.
