Great place thanks.
Happy staff, and particularly the breakfast staff. Staff helping woth bags, staff smiling ? . Great location for beach and resturants.

Comfortable, nice hotel close to the beach.
Excellent service staff Valet parking Comfortable beds Perfect location 1 block from the beach in a nice area There was a little roof top terrace where we could watch the fireworks from.
The room was smaller than expected There was only toast bread at breakfast no fresh bread/ rolls.

Nice hotel but not clean enough.
Despite the levels of cleanliness, the room was mostly comfortable and spacious. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful and the location was great for getting to the beach and around Viña.
The room was not as clean as it should have been. The toilet had a stain in the bowl and the shower door was grimy. The sheets had dried blood spots on. We informed the staff who handled it well and they changed the sheets for us straight away. But ultimately I was not happy that we had to ask for this and that the cleaners had somehow missed the toilet on changeover. It made me worry about what else might not have been cleaned.
