Simple yet sufficient.
We needed a place to spend a night with my family. It is a simple motel, the furniture is quite old. But the beds are good, there is a fridge , a microwave, a stove and a coffee maker (but no dishes or utensils), everything was clean, and the area was quiet.
The motel wasn't renovated in a while, we couldn't lock the back door properly. But it was probably the cheapest option in Yuma, so I can't complain.

Fabulous.
Karen was prompt and polite when something was wrong or needed. Great location.
Had a few problems with the cable box, electrical box could use professional service. The room phone was inoperable.

Close to shopping plazas.
Even if you cannot find much to visit in Yuma, this place is cheap and authentic, not far from the main plazas. Check in at 15, clean room even if a bit worn out, garden in common, good fridge and cooking stuffs. Bathroom pretty small but clean and tidy.
Road closed to reach the motel.

Will book again.
There was no breakfast but it was clean staff very friendly and private will book again.
Lighting was kinda dim and no breakfast or place to get snacks or drinks.
