Excellent beach front location.
Perfect self contained villa right on the beach with everything needed for self catering. Comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment, but sufficient for two people. We loved being right on the beach, and having a large covered deck for sitting outside. There were also two kayaks available for us to use. Thank you Maria we would love to visit again.
Very hot weather so air con would be a bonus, but we just opened the doors. Barbeque was not working.

Ideal to use as a base to explore the island. Great for adults/couples but not children as beach not safe for swimm.
Location to beachfront ideal. Good proximity to Wigmores Supermarket, easy drive to Muri Beach and a few nice restaurants. Great snorkelling at Fruits of Rarotonga.
Villa 2. Privacy. Lined curtains on windows apart from the main windows at bedroom and lounge. Only sheer linings. Any lights on at night and other villas can see in especially as Villa 2 has the pathway to the other villas running past it. So hot the ceiling and floor fan did nothing to cool. Air conditioning would have been welcomed.

The windy weather affected us but its a nice quiet area and not lots of people.
Quiet location apart from the rooster crowing. The view out to the lagoon was lovely. Grounds are tidy.
The crowing rooster and the dog that hung around and was too friendly. There was no TV transmission and the hard drive with movies/TV series on it, didn't work properly. A little way through a program it would stop and wouldn't start again. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. This wasn't a big deal but TV shouldn't be advertised if it doesn't work. Also felt a little exposed with just having sun filter curtains at night time with lights on. There were no block-out curtains. We didn't like not being able to swim in the lagoon directly in front of the property.

Very peaceful and tranquil with awesome views. Definitely going back.
The property was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful .
The location and the easy access to the beach with spectacular views, watching the whales while eating breakfast.
