Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi.

Amazing view but poor sleeping arrangements.
Good fjord view.
Poor room and bed arrangement. Cabin is supposed to cater for 3 adults yet only 1 double bed provided, attic floor is just too narrow for adult to access. Pathetic breakfast portion, guest were asked to pre tick the breakfast options d pass to counter in advance. Food portion served were minimal and in self service, eg a few slices of ham and half banana ..

I stayed at the cabin with my wife and our 9- and 12-year-old daughters. The cabin's view of the fjords was fantastic, and the cabin itself was well-equipped. The staff were very nice to us. We will definitely plan to return and recommend this place in a beautiful town.
