Beach was small and quite dirty. Swimming pool and sun beds should be renoved. Smoking people everywhere.

Staff is very kind and everybody looks like they like their job. Thats very important. They clean everything, everyday. Not only your room but literally everywhere. Pools, kids fun room are cleaned every morning. Even the corridors are cleaned everyday. Hot pool is a life-saver. Big pool (kidney-shaped, also called like that) and kids pool are hot. Kids swam (in the kidney shaped) for HOURS, never getting cold (we visited in April). They provide towels the moment you arrive at the pool, even they spread the towels on your sunbeds. There is a lifeguard by the pool (but not by the sea). Sea is shallow for 20-30 meters. And you will experience an interesting tide (study in advance to explain to your kids :)) because it's intriguingly interesting. Food was very good and enough. We understood that Arabic cusine loves meat very much. So if you're vegan, consider bringing your own lettuce :). About drinks, it is funny that black coffee is free but when milk is added, it's charged extra "at dinner". Coffee with milk is free in the breakfast :) Also don't take the tea-coffee-guy's surly face personal, he is the only guy who doesn't smile :). Even 1 Kuwait Dinar = 3,25 USD, extra fees for ice cream, drinks etc. is not expensive considering staying in a hotel. There is no alcohol in the whole "country" :/. Room was quite. The windows kept the noise outside. Furniture was new. Air condition system is new and works well. Wifi is good, you can use it even by the pool. There was no balcony in our room so smoker idiots like us had to go to the corridor (open corridor where you can smoke). But wifi is poor there. Netflix etc. would be a good choice at least for kids while waiting for their parents to get ready (IDK, if it's not banned in Kuwait). Curtains are so thick, you can't understand it's morning (which is good). There are type-G type sockets.
Some little things such as:. Our bath door (the glass one in the bathroom) makes a noise whilst opening and closing. The soap. Did you find them in the desert? :) They are dry. Children's playground must be renewed. Maybe with a sunshade. Coffee with milk free at breakfast and extra at dinner? Seriously? :)). A supermarket would be great for us to buy for example potato chips, different ice creams, some regional food and stuff. So we wouldn't have to go outside to find one and you could have made some more cash. Have a jet ski and banana and create more fun at sea.

It was a sun and cultural treat that we have liked enormously! but we are a very flexibily 4-some!
We have had the pleasure of a most welcoming staff and a really chill holidays, even if it was for us adapting to the schedule of Ramadam. The hotel explained very well the adherence to culture and we were not at all obstructed by it. OF course, as an international guest, some adaptation is necessary, but, it is good for my children and myself to also understand that culture is important. It had enriched our stay.
It was not always easy, during this period of Ramadam, to get the same "service" of food and beverages, but, we are absolutely happy how we could blend in with the staff, the routines of the hotel in this period of time.
