Sylvester was a helpful hospitable host and the apartment was clean and tidy with suggestions o.
I liked the proximity to Bridgetown and the ease of getting transport to anywhere from here. Having a whole apartment to ourselves, the little veranda at the side and the AC unit and tv in the bedroom.
Unfortunately the muslim neighbor chants outside very early every single morning! It also needs an AC unit in the front room (especially for when cooking) as the fan isn’t sufficient. Also think the gate/fence could have sea grass or bamboo to create some privacy from the street.

Great value for the money.
The landlord was very easy going. AC was in bedroom. Enough privacy in the studio, and the landlord was close for any help.
