Very Good
I enjoyed breakfast, plenty of options and good quality produce. I liked the pool areas on the ground floor although the bar area could be more inspiring and an at seat/sunbed service would be good for customers and for the hotel business.
I didn’t like the Sky bar layout, too many beds around the pool made it difficult to get in the pool and not appealing to be so close to strangers, no privacy. A sofa positioned randomly on its own and dining tables near the staff entrance to the kitchen. I think this amazing space needs a complete new layout possibly consider it being a bar and eatery for snacks and coffee. Remove the Sunbeds.

We loved Palma and this hotel was perfectly situated for everything we wished to do.
The bedroom was very comfortable, air conditioning excellent, TV excellent, lovely balcony. Loved sky bar area.

Delightful - would definitely return again in the future.
Very lovely room, clean and comfortable.
As British travellers we always miss having a kettle in the room and the option to make tea.

Poor soundproof doors and windows will keep you up most of the night due to voices you hear on street or corridors.
