Exceptional
The staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The location is right in the centre. We were very satisfied and would recommend it. Plus: There was oatmilk and soy milk for the breakfast.
Just info/recommendation: There could be more vegan options for breakfast. If you have a big car watch out in the parking garage, it is really tiny and low.

The location is perfect, you are close to all the major attractions and literally a 5-minute walk from "La Grand-Place" and 1 minute from the "St. Michael Cathedral". The staff is very friendly and also helpful in providing various directions about the city. The hotel is clean and the rooms are equipped with all major amenities.
The price of breakfast is a bit high for those who only want to eat some fruit and coffee or the like. That's why I decided not to use the service.
