Luxury at a dear price.
Location close to airport and Uluru. Free parking, easy access.
Did not get requested connecting rooms, couldn't check in until 3.05pm and check out time of 10 am is too early with no flexibility. Meals too expensive, no option for breakfast other than $48 buffet. In room instant coffee- no nespresso pods. Not good value for money. Would not reply to my messaging requests through the booking app yet I got daily junk email from them in the week leading up to the arrival date.

Great location; nice hotel but work on the details a bit more!
Great location and great swimming pool for kids. Good size rooms.
The price is rather elevated and it feels like they have a captive audience. If you charge this amount, then at least make it five star rather than the 3/4 that it is. They have a really good training programme for staff but truth be told they need more supervisors to sharpen the service.
