The bed was very comfy. Pina coladas were very good & wings were very good also.

Room service was excellent, facilities were clean, comfy, quiet.
The food at the inside restaurant wasn’t so great. Kinda expensive also.

Beautiful Location, Lacking Service - Villa.
The location was wonderful. We had a ground level unit, which was wonderful for my children and us! My youngest was able to run around and chase the chickens during our downtime and when we were hanging out at the ocean, all we had to do was walk right across the grass. I absolutely loved having our outdoor space and the inside was nice and spacious as well.
I spent over $600/night for this location and stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. On the first night we had no blanket for the third bed and the floors were filthy. We requested a blanket and never received it. Had to go back a second time to ask again and then we brought it back ourself. In addition, our room was not cleaned until the night before checking out. We asked 4 times for our room to be cleaned and we were told each time that somebody would be by. Nobody came. On the last time asking, I also informed them that we had been out of clean towels and toilet paper and that we needed this stocked immediately. The towels and toilet paper eventually came, but the cleaning did not happen for 4 days! At $2500, I would expect cleanliness at a minimum. I communicated my disappointment to the front desk and no compensation was offered. I loved this place, but having to beg for the basics was unacceptable.
