Could be so much better.
Much nicer than staying in Tula. It could be lovely, but it really needs some TLC.
The whole place is tired. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't sparkling clean. The pool area wasn't swept regularly or tidied and the golf course looked like it hadn't been played on in years. Horrendous loud music was played inside and out from early in the morning until late at night, presumably for the benefit of the staff, as we saw hardly anyone at the pool or in the restaurant. One day it was competing with equally loud music from a workman's radio. The food was just OK, the restaurant soulless.

kids loved the swimming pool and the spacious gardens. we liked the service and quietness.
they wanted to charge us for drinking water a ridiculous amount.
