Close to the airport, simple hotel but great for a transit trip or if you have an early morning flight.
Outdated, needs an upgrade. Could have been cleaner.

Not a bad option to sleep over befor or after flight.
It is really close to airport but due to airport fees taxi will cost you around 15-20 dollars.
Windows in rooms didn’t open. And there is now option to have fresh air during you stay. Double beds are really small it is uncomfortable to sleep for 2 persons.

Great location, great pool, poor customer service.
Great location when seeking airport stay and great pool.
Internet didn't work and staff really didn't care. They tested and acknowledged it wasn't working but did nothing to call the internet provider to try and resolve the issue. I asked if I could have a discount, as I now had to pay for international data use and they simply said no. This is a common "don't care attitude" that I find super frustrating in the DR. No focus on customer service and problem resolution. The AC in my unit was terrible too. Smelled bad and would only blast on a super cold setting. Took the front panel cover off to have a look and there was a pool of disgusting water and slime under the under the fan area. Turned it off but then it got too hot in there and no windows would open. Didn't bother to try and get it solved because of the poor attitude of staff and my early flight. Reported it to front desk in the morning. I'm sure it wasn't fixed.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
Very dated and tired facilities and very noisy on the main road.
