Beautiful resort family friendly staff.
The staff are amazing they go above and beyond to make you welcome . Three amigos at the swim up bar kind and funny and welcoming. Lush beautifully kept grounds make it a. Paradise .
Rooms are starting get run down pillows are awful, are r room wasn’t the one we ordered so my sister and I had to share a bed .

food excellent, food or drink seemed unlimited, whatever you required seemed to be available. loved the gardens and the golf cart transport ,what a concept loved it. we had our grandkids with us who also appreciated the beauty and the animals in the gardens did not need "waterslides and parasailing" to experience a good time.
the only complaint i have and this is probably directed at people rather than yourselves, i am not sure how you manage the situation but is an area of concern to your guests is the pool lounger situation. Guests getting up 6am or maybe even earlier claiming loungers that at times never even used until late in the day or even at all, by placing towels and items on them. Total disregard to others, Do you have to police this, sadly yes ,I am afraid.
