Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. Arrived late and staff arranged to give me the nice table on the water. Location was good. It was a 5 minute walk to the metro station and there was a grocery nearby and a mid-priced mall which was nice and convenient. Whenever we needed a taxi, the staff in front were very helpful in hailing one for us and making sure the driver knew where we were going.

the staff (especially the duty manager Anson Goh) was lovely and very accommodating and kind to us both.
maybe the motif or decor in the powder room was a bit outdated and the elevators for the floors above 22 for the villas should be more private … villas should have their own elevator.

Comfort and luxury with friendly and efficient service.
Wonderful room, 2 toilets a bonus. Surprise upgrade and late checkout very welcome. . Beautiful Wedgwood China teaset in the room. Room service was prompt, well presented and delicious. glass lifts amazing. Pool delightful to cool down in. All requests met with prompt answer and efficiency. . All staff helpful and welcoming from the the porter opening our taxi door and right through out the hotel. Breakfast choices generous and varied. Decors beautiful and interesting.
My husband would have liked a softer pillow, a feather one.? A hairdryer was produced on request but did not work for more than a few seconds on a high heat. It took a long time to dry my hair on the lower setting. I found this puzzling in a 5 star hotel.
