A peaceful villa with a lovely garden and pool.
A beautiful villa with a great plunge pool set in a lovely garden. The property was very clean and the hosts were very helpful. The villa as very close to L’union estate and about 15 minutes from La Passe via bicycle. La Digue was our favourite island of our entire trip.
The only issue we had was that the card machine wasn’t working which is think has been an issue for some time. The host kindly arranged for the payment to be taken via the booking site instead.

Very Good
The villa was lovely, really well set up and everything you needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning. Bike hire was offered at an additional 150scr per day.
The host wasn't the friendliest, seemed frustrated that our ferry was 30mins late and she'd had to wait. In the morning she turned up 1hr before our checkout time and sat on the steps outside our door waiting for us to leave and playing loud videos and with the large windows there was little privacy!

Very Good
We have got the Villa No.2. The accomodation is nice. The furnishing in the house and on the terrace is good. The equipment in the kitchen also. The villas a little bit far away from the jetty, but with a bike its no problem. There are two different villas. No. 1 is an older one with a small pool. No. 2 is newer with a larger pool, but this one is directly at the neighbour appartementhouse with 2 floors (its the same owner) You can not see it on the pictures. Penny, who cares about the houses is great. When you have a problem, she can solve it.
There are overall cameras. The terrace and the pool is not realy invisiblely, but also because of the second floor of the appartement house. At the moment it is a quiet place (there were no guest because it was under construction while our visit), but if it is fully booked, it could be more uncomfortable.

Lovely place near the Union Villa Estate.
The property is beautiful and quiet. There is a plunge pool (which we used a lot) and a larger pool if you prefer. Penny is available via whatsapp and comes in at least once a day to check on you and see if you need anything cleaned. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen so that we could make breakfast in the morning.
Very minor issue, but we could not pay via credit card. The machine was having connection problems. While I was told that this was a new issue, I've read reviews on here that mentioned this same problem. I think the owner should just state that payment by cash is preferred to avoid the hassle of walking the 2 kilometers back to the port where the banks and ATMs are located. For all those wishing to stay here, by all means do so, but bring your payment in cash.
