Good hotel except for travel to city centre.
The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety. The location was definitely a bit far from the train station and city centre. Staff not too helpful with explaining the local transport as they seemed very busy but we asked locals and managed to use the bus and tram. On the whole the hotel was really good and offered value for money very comfortable but just not centrally located.
More engaging and friendly staff since we were first time visitors to Florence. The guy at the reception when we were leaving was good.

- The small single bed for kid is very comfortable. Super than a sofa bed. - large parking including a underground parking. - 10 minutes walking to tram station T2.
breakfast is simple and enough, but don't have so much choices.
