Property is in an outstanding location, breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommended.
The service from the staff was exceptional. Location was also great.
Walls were a bit thin but this didn’t adversely impact our stay in a significant way.

Always ask for room 401. Amazing views from the room over the city. Lovely inner courtyard. Friendly staff (want to thank George especially for calling our bus company in Spanish). Great breakfast (Avocado, fresh juice, egg, fruits, yoghurt etc..).
Our first night we stayed in room 401, which was an amazing experience. It has views over the city, a small private balcony and a very big bathroom with hot shower. After we were done with our trek, we got a room on the 2nd floor. It is safe to say that this was a big disappointment compared to our first room. (Room is small, with very little ventilation options). My recommendation: If you have this much quality difference between rooms, list them separately. I would have been happy to pay a bit extra to guarantee the 401 room. (or pay less to get the smalle room) but now it felt bad because we paid the same for 2 completely different experiences.

We booked this hotel because of the location being close to Plaza Armas. We originally booked for 3 nights but we liked it so much we ended up staying 11 nights. Staff were fabulous, breakfast was great and it really is in a great location.
