Superb
Location was very good and very near a metro station. Hotel kids friendly with some games at the lobby for the kids to play and some sweets for them too.
I was expecting more choices for the breakfast although it was good.

Good hotel.
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station. The center of the old town is a 20-minute walk. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly.
At night the hotel doors are closed and you have to call the reception to open the door for you. It is not comfortable. We had to wait 10 minutes. It would be better if hotel guests could open the main doors of the hotel using a key card.

Nice modern and well equipped hotel with easy access to downtown Bordeaux.
Great location close to the tram with easy access to the city.
No restaurant on site during the Easter weekend, a little surprising for a 4* hotel.

Reception was terrible. Most incompetent people i faced ever. Tempereature control of the room was terrible.
