Very Good
The staff was helpful and courteous. The place was quiet and convenient with easy access to most places.
The lights by the bed didn't work, nor did the safe in the room. Coffee/tea was limited to 2 sachets of each per day. It would help to have at least 4 sachets of each, allowing 2 cups per person (beverage of choice) per day at the least, for 2 people.

Simple comfortable accommodation at a fair price.
It was just ok. Good to be close to the Skytrain but for tourists I would suggest choosing a different neighbourhood. Room was nice but the facilities were limited and the building wasn’t set up in the best way - very simple microwave in a stuffy room on the ground floor and the coin washer/dryers didn’t work very well. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful.
See above. Also really missed having a pool.

Great value for money. We would stay here again next time.
Cleaned very well everyday. Bellhop and Parking Lot attendant always pleasant. Check-in very smooth. Room size perfectly comfortable for 2 people. Conveniently located near skytrain.

Nothing in particular. Everything just worked. Room size was OK, but they can always be bigger. Close to the new Saint Louis BTS Station.
Not sure what the name of the hotel means. Those rooms are no “suites”. But there may be some on the upper floors. Surprisingly, the lobby staff didn’t speak Thai.
