Great stay with quality.
We stayed in the Waterfront Suite. We enjoyed the stay and the hotel's color tone, design and standard. We especially admire the cleanliness level of the room and the quality of the service. . From the first step from the entrance, every staff was in a professional manner - polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. This highlighted our entire trip in Macau to be relaxing, comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back in the near future!

The service was exceptional , the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome , and gave us a bottle of wine and a piece of cake for my partner’s birthday .
I booked a waterfront suite and my view was of an enormous bus parking station . Very disappointing.
