I stayed at mamacitas 3 times (lack of room, coming back to the island). All 3 times have been great! Here u meet the friendliest, most helpful receptionist! Nothing was a problem, super serviceminded! Available around the clock. I got insured, and all of the staff did their best to help. Really clean, and the best location.
Wifi sucked, that's it!

The location is great and I even had a room with a view.
I would have loved maybe a cup and a plate to be able to actually use the microwave.

In walking distance to the ferry, shops and 3 lokal supermarked.
There is now a very nice restaurant just by the hotel.
Do not expect the picture of the lounge area furnitures to in the same nice condition as on the pictures you see.

We loved every moment of our stay. The food was delicious both nights and the drinks were even better. Your waitress Yamilet was the best and so was your manager. Thank you for everything!
The patio furniture was terrible. When we first got there it was a bad first impression but then everything else made up for it. Hope to see improvement on my next visit.
