The many pools of varying temperatures made this our favorite stay in Costa Rica! My son especially loved the two water slides, and my husband & I really enjoyed the bar in the pool.

Great location for all the local activities, high levels of service from all staff, great breakfasts and dinner. Large room with comfy beds, big enough for our family of four. Fantastic hot springs on site, didn’t feel too busy.

Breakfast was great.
There was a step to get in to the bathtub. This could be dangerous. A comfortable chair or two in the room would be nice.

Great location, huge choice of pools, amazing breakfast.
Superb buffet breakfast spread. Great location. Huge choice of pools and thermal pools. Big spacious family rooms. Nice that they had a shuttle bus to get around the resort as it is massive.
The bathroom was a bit basic. Room service was overpriced.
