Great! Thank you.
-The location was fairly secluded, giving the feeling of extra privacy, yet still very easy to get to the centre/old town (2$ or less by grab). -The staff was exceptional, we briefly met Romina Paolo and family and they gave the feeling of a warm hospitality. -The room smelled amazing -Great swimming pool too!
Nothing, everything was spotless and as advertised, just perfect.

Our stay at the Lime Villa was wonderful!
The warm welcome made us feel like home immediately. Romina & Paolo (the owner) and staff were super helpful and open to connect with their guests. The cozy rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for enjoying some time at the beach and exploring Hoi An Oldtown. The Lime Villa provided bikes for free and organises scooters for rent, if you need one. We really loved it here and it was by far the best accommodation we've had so far in Vietnam. Highly recommended for a genuine and welcoming experience!
The breakfast itself was tasty and fresh, but misses some variety if you plan to stay longer.

Great rooms, wonderful owners and staff.
Lovely rooms and great swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and all freshly prepared. The villa is around a 15 minutes drive from Hoi An old town so you need to get taxi’s. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful, thank you!
There were a huge amount of mosquitoes downstairs and in the corridors, even during the day. No one else seemed to mind but we get bitten terribly and it made us a little uncomfortable to use the shared spaces.

Beautiful small hotel with amazing staff.
A small personable family run hotel. Beautiful swimming pool. The lovely couple who runs the place and the staff were absolutely lovely and always eager to help!
The only negative (and it is very minor) was the location - it was about a 10 minute drive to the old town and for some reason in the evenings we struggled to get a Grab! Romina gave us details of a lovely and very reasonably priced taxi driver.
