Excellent hotel surrounded by the best staff.
All staff were really kind, considerate and helpful even with my needing assistance due to injury. Also the rooms were really clean with no faults. Food there was really nice and offers lots to eat.

Central Bangkok Shenanigans.
Comfort of the room was as expected from a (ex-Starwood) hotel. Staff are professional and always beaming with smiles. The hotel is withing a hop skip and a jump from Simon / Sathorn. lots of bars / restaurants within walking distance and it has great views of the architectural marvel that is the Mahanakorn!

Very comfortable with most helpful and friendly staff.
Having conciege deliver my 'lost luggage' after it was delivered by Air India (early on day 2) was a definate plus. Breakfast was very nice although somewhere between the kitchen and my room the scrambled eggs I ordered morphed into an omellete, which was also very nice.
I know this is very old fashioned but I told the girl at reception my room didn't have a room service menu and she directed me to the pamphlet provided with one of those square code boxes that need to be scanned. I had a scanning app on my phone (which I had never used) so gave it a try and found the Hotel's Room Service quite easily. But to be honest, there's nothing quite like browsing a 'proper' menu when deciding to eat in, and it doesn't have to be a multi-page technicolor gold embossed leather bound tome. A simple printed page (or two) would be totally acceptable.
