Incredible hotel at heaven.
Everything was incredible, with a super privileged location and with amazing staff.
Rooms are very nice although not very big. Adding some water facilities (heated pool or hot tub) could be very appreciated after long days of physical activities.

Good location but some furniture was poorly maintained while staff didn't care.
Lobby, dinning and public facilities was spectacular with view of Lago Grey. The room was nicely decorated with nature-inspired theme and materials. WC was well decorated with heated floor. Unfortunately, the view from our Superior Rooms was blocked by trees and shrubs.
Public furniture, e.g. chair in the dining room, was poorly maintained and I almost cut my fingers as photos attached. I made the complaint but neither the staff seemed to care nor superior staff took any action at all.

Beautiful stay and lovely staff, who take care of you completely.
Ability to see the mountains and grey glacier from your room window was breathtaking. June and her team were wonderful and able to chat with me in English was brilliant. The wifi was good and strong and the food was also delicious. The calafate sour based on the berries found in the region was thirst quenching. Also the guide Nicolas was polite, careful and warm in taking me on the Mirador Las Torres hike, very much ensure he takes you on hikes.
The lamb main course. I have eaten a lot in Patagonia and this is definitely to be taken off the menu. Tasteless and a waste of money. The rooms in the off season could have been less pricey.
