Superb
Good sized room, great location (right next to MTR exit B2), and super friendly staff.
I set the do not disturb once or twice and was called to ask when the room could be made up. Normally do not disturb means no calls and that the room should be made up the next day.

Lovely staff Clean Convenient location next to MTR Views from higher floors.
Coffee not great in Club lounge Some healthier snacks would be great in Club lounge Welcome at breakfast not friendly like the welcome at check in desk.

Perfect base for your HK trip.
Great location, on the doorstep of HKU MTR exit/entrance - perfect for getting around. Short walk down to the promenade and easy walk to Kennedy Town for food and drinks.

Fantastic, just get a window cleaner in :).
Staff were very friendly and great service overall. Really nice breakfast buffet! Worth paying for too IMO View from the room was very good if not a bit blurry (see below! ) Rooftop pool although small was a lovely touch Location is perfectly suited right next to the HKU station and I think in a really good and genuine area. Get the tram from down the road!
The only bad point I can think of is that the windows were quite dirty which blurred the great view - but at the 21st floor there's limited you can do about that I guess!

Just OK hotel for staying not far from city center.
just ordinary hotel. rather quiet in the rooms.
The problem with most hotels in Hong Kong is that they are all old, with shabby rooms, fixtures, furniture and carpeting. this hotel is no exception. polite and helpful staff. daily high-quality cleaning. that's all. Another disadvantage is the very noisy ventilation and air conditioning system. I don’t really understand why the hotel has such a high rating. absolutely nothing outstanding. Needs renovation.
