All in all we had a pleasant stay and would return as we always have.
The location was good and the room was very clean with clean bed linen and towels.
I didn’t like the faucet in the bathroom as the water sprayed everywhere although I can understand that they’re trying to save water. Also I would have preferred to have an under sheet for the quilt provided.

Good. Will still come back the next time.
Location and service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy.
Me and my family had a connecting room. The connecting room's door cannot stayed open and we have to use something to block/stop it from closing which is not convenient. If we have to open and close the door everytime we need to go to the other room, there's no purpose for a connecting room.

Good for 2 nights sleepover.
The location was great, next to metro stations and Bugis junction. Bed was comfy, room was clean.
One of the noisiest experience I've ever had! At 7am morning, the corridor was full of noise - vacuum cleaner, crying and running kids, trolley sound, doors bumping. This was very annoying especially after a long flight and a good sleep needed. - There was no hand towel in the room. The hotel provided only one large towel per person. - No enough power sockets! Not a single socket next to the mirror to use hair styling appliances. Sockets were only placed on one side of the bed. - The light next to the mirrors was very bad for makeup.
