Very Good
Beds were comfortable and facilities in room were good. Rooms were cleaned everyday to an exceptionally high standard. Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Location is the best thing about this hotel, just across from the entrance to the zoo.
The first night, we realised the shower head in the bathroom didn't work. But the person servicing the room the next day fixed this. The cost of food and drink in the hotel is too expensive. The bar in the lobby area closed much too early. Some of the staff on the concierge could be more friendly.

No air conditioning so the room was too hot.
The hotel is well placed and has nice facilities, although you need to pay extra to use the club lounge for drinks. The rooms were spacious and the pool was very nice.
Unfortunately it was just too hot: they only turn on the air conditioning at certain times of the year and our room was so hot we could not sleep. For an expensive hotel this was not acceptable as my son ended up sleeping on the floor as it was cooler, and we were exhausted after a few nights. Overall it was a good hotel, but check if they will have air conditioning on before booking.
