Excellent Location - unfortunately overpriced for standard of room.
Location was amazing and staff were very attentive, friendly and hard working. Welcoming reception area also. My daughter loved that her bed had a little curtain so she had her own little space. The bed was also comfortable. Great base to travel around. Lots of restaurants around and so close to Metro.
Lift is absolutely tiny, could barely fit 3 of us in. It’s very slow so was quicker for us to take 6 flights of stairs to breakfast room rather than wait for our turn. I really don’t know how this hotel is 4 star and we are well travelled. It’s more of a 3 star standard, we found the room expensive for what it was. We were disappointed. The room is nice but very very dated, no shower, just a shower head to spray yourself, the furnishings were scratched and very old and in desperate need of replacement and a general refurb of the room in general. It was loft style.
