Jolly fine place to stay for medium spenders. Far better than some of the big names.
Excellent service with owner (who spoke English well) but rest of staff not so well. Breakfast too good. Room clean , in good condition and quiete.
For non Spanish speakers more English speaking staff. For better or for worse English is the language of the world.

Perfect location for hiking trails.
Stayed here just one noght, after having stayed at an other accommodation in Ushuaia a number of nights, that was occupied this night. The staff members were different; one very service-minded and proficient in English, while the others seemed a bit bored and spoke Spanish only. But ok, since I wanted to practice my Spanish. The building and its premises were fine. So was the breakfast. My room was fully satisfactory. One big advantage was the closeliness to the hiking trails. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I would like to go hiking there again,.
Can't recall anything I really disliked, but a 45-minute-long walk from downtown. ..
