Nice ambiente in general and good rooms. Very nice restaurant on terrace! If I ever come back to Cuenca, I will stay in this Hotel.
A little bit noisy during the evening, but that depends on the location of the room i guess. . Because i was the only one in my group with this thought.

The Family that own, and their employees are warm, wonderful Ecuadorian’s !
Did not sample breakfast but, the location is wonderful for walking El Centro in the historical city.
The location while great is a busy restaurant, bar and shop location so that my be an issue. But it’s a great location for a weekend in one of the worlds great Cities.

The location was great! Close to many restaurants and plazas for walking. I didn't do any tourist activities, so I cannot comment on distance. I worked remotely and the wifi was strong, reliable and worked really well. The room was nice! I was upgraded to a room with a balcony that overlooked the river! The water was hot, which is nice especially since it was cold outside. The hotel staff were friendly. I ate at the restaurant onsite a few times and it was delicious. I even had lunch on the rooftop a couple of times, which was nice! Cleaning service was available daily (except the last couple of days), which I loved. I asked for assistance with getting to the airport the next morning and the staff were so kind. They offered to schedule a taxi and prepare a breakfast to go for me at no additional charge!
Breakfast was okay. I don't eat eggs, which isn't a big deal because there's usually enough fruit, bread, etc for me to munch on. If you eat eggs, ignore this post. If you don't eat eggs, then there isn't much else. The fruit portion was small (maybe 1/4 of a cup) and the rolls were kinda hard. After trying breakfast a couple of days here, I decided to skip it and buy breakfast. I was fine with doing this as I worked in the mornings and needed to focus :)!
