The staff and room service were nice and kind but not the experience we were expecting. The animals and the mini golf was nice.
This was what i would call a motel not a hotel. It wasnt worth the money at all. We choose the terra cabin. Apart from it being situated between mountains which helps to give a nice view on waking up the room was really small and the bathroom was just a stand in shower. We stayed for two nights each night costed us 1500AED which didn't seem like value for money. The breakfast was average. I saw the reviews and went for this staycation and was disappointed. The check in process was so long almost waited 1 hour and at the check up they asked us to sign off AED 3500 for a projector which we never asked for. The recreation room was all broken and really not kept properly. The pool was small and kids and adults were swimming fully clothed which seemed unhygienic.
