Not our top stay.
The owner was helpfull before arrival and the appartement was well equiped.
The area was not nice for a little child and very loud music. The owner offered to send the cops. The appartement seemd clean, but after walking 10 min barefoot there. where black and the smel l of the appartement was musty.

Nice flat in Casco Viejo.
Great communication with the landlord. The flat is comfortable for a group of people. Good location around central area and price/quality.
The neighborhood is a bit noisy, with a few building with sketchy and loud people (even screaming to us when on the road/balcony). We did not feel in danger given that there is police around the corner but the situation was not ideal. This changes completely when just moving one block towards the center.
