Best hotel in Iquitos.
The room and the hotel in general was so clean and beautiful. You can have complementary breakfast and it is out of this world. The attention was also insuperable. I liked everything about it.

The friendliest hotel in Iquitos ??
I’ve been to Iquitos many times and stayed in several hotels in the area, and the staff at the Fitzcarrald are by far the warmest, friendliest, and most hospitable. The breakfasts are lovely - tasty fruit, eggs however you like them, good bread, tamales and coffee. The service is great! The property is in a good area too, it’s very close to town but in a quiet area, a short distance from the malecón. It’s also very easy to get taxis directly outside the hotel. My bed was super comfortable and I slept so well here :) The air conditioning functions perfectly and the rooms are kept very clean every day. The staff were really kind and helpful when my flight got cancelled - I had checked out but they gave me my room back for no extra cost for the rest of the day, until my rescheduled flight later that night. I loved it - it’s understated, very comfortable and super friendly.
Nothing - I’ll be staying here again :).

Awesome hotel with fantastic service and great value.
Spotlessly clean and air con was really good! The breakfast was amazing too! Fabriola is so kind and lovely. She treated me like my mom:) Other staff and especially Pierre was super friendly and helpful too. They helped me organize the boat trip in Amazon river and to the butterfly farm. I had a great time staying in Fitzcarrald Hotel and will definitely come back :).
