Great stay in a central location.
Sergio is a good host with great communication skills. The apartment is located next to a small casino, at the end of a quiet pedestrian alley. Key was easy to retrieve using a self serve key box. Apartment requires 4 flights of steps to get to, so requires a bit of fitness to get to especially with luggage. Apartment is spacious and well appointed. Washer and dryer, full kitchen with coffee press, wifi tv with netflix access and a small balcony. Wifi is strong and fast on both levels. Location is central but can be a bit loud as it is near the main boulevard (not an issue for us, but can be for some if you appreciate peace and quiet).
The major issue during our 5 night stay was that the hot water for the shower was not working. It took 3-4 days of back and forth (due to time zone differences as Segio was not in CDMX) before a trades person was dispatched and issue fixed for our last night. As with all apartments in CDMX, the sewer system in the city is a bit stinky and cause an unpleasant smell in the washrooms. Make sure to use the rubber plugs on the floors to cover the drain pipes and a wet towel to cover the laundry room sink to minimize any off gas smells. Opening the sliding doors/windows and closing the washroom doors also helps with the rest of the apartment. Sliding windows and doors have no locks but we experienced no issues with security (being 4 storey high).

Would consider again with reservation.
Centrally located.
Beds were super hard, uncomfortable to sleep. Kitchen didnt have coffee machine, which is a basic thing to ask.
