Close to everything, easy place to stay for crossing in to Singapore. Plenty of restaurants all around.

Underwhelming.
Location is great for if you need to go to City Square, CIQ or JB Sentral because it is just across the road. The doorman and the cleaner were friendly. That's about it.
First of all, the photos are much much nicer than reality. The property is terrible. There were a couple of steps at the entrance which is really annoying if you have luggage. The floor in my room really needs to be replaced urgently, seems to be peeling off or something, and kind of gross. The aircon is too cold. There is no room service. Thankfully there is a place to eat next door which was open late. I asked if there is breakfast at the hotel and the reception said no. But I saw signs saying you could pay RM20 for breakfast and the next morning I saw a cafe at the 1st floor with what looked like breakfast. I have no idea why I was not offered the option to buy the breakfast. I don't think I will return unless I have a desperate need to be next to JB Sentral again.
