Great location! Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. I left my purse behind by mistake, and they very kindly posted it to me.

Location, location, clean and tidy, quiet, with all the facilities working.
The ironing board fell apart when unfolded and the washing machine/dishwasher had no instructions and the washing machine took forever to complete even a quick cycle.
