Overall it was good.
I liked the room. The view was very nice.
They need more people speaking English if you’re accommodating tourist. Stop saying room incudes mini bar when you know you have to pay extra for anything you drink in that fridge.

I love this hotel always did, and is my first choice at Santo Domingo, specially because of the view and the beds, but this last 2 times I became disappointed with other issues.
The hotel smells humidity, is raining inside, your welcome to the hotel is made by some buckets to collect water, and you ask for a tea late in the night because you don’t feel good, and they just have English breakfast and green tea, I mean, in an hotel as Catalonia cannot happen this things. I hope they return very soon to what they were.

Didn't fulfill the free airport transfer offered with room booking . Confusion between booking. com and the hotel.

Should be all inclusive or at least breakfast is served. ..more English speaking staff.
I paid my money for airport transfer and didn't get a pickup I have to pay $50 to take me to the hotel in the late time of night and that's unfair.

The hotel with an excellent view.
The sunrise from the room is amazing. The overall view of the hotel is excellent.
The breakfirst was good, but there are not many different types of food.
