Great stay!
The lady on the front desk was really friendly and super helpful. We were really grateful to her getting us a taxi to Puno during the political unrest. The room was really spacious, beds were comfortable and there was always someone at the front desk.

The personal is kind and helpfull.
It should be great, if they offer breakfest, but ok, I did reservation as it was, so no problem.

It is relatively clean.
Everything else, but please beware that is Juliaca and probably one of the best hotels here.

Good bed, warm showers.
I was in the last room of the hallway and didn’t have any wifi there.
