Wonderful relaxing stay.
The hot springs were wonderful. Great location for going on excursions and easy to get in to La Fortuna. Rooms were big, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfasts had a lot of choice, which varied day to day. The fresh fruit was delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

It's expensive. Not enough family suites. Beautiful property. Access to many tours and restaurants. Friendly staff. Direct view of Arenal volcano.

Place is overrun with day visitors and getting a spot at one of the pools becomes almost impossible as no preference is given to guests.
